Refund policy

All products purchased directly from Ashley’s Skin Bar in store or online are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

Ashley’s Skin Bar is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

Ashley’s Skin Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. Claims should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked delivered.
